KLL Studio is a Milan-based architecture and design practice working across residential, interior, and real estate projects at multiple scales. Founded and led by Kamilla Latypova, the studio builds on a cross-cultural background and extensive experience in both European and international contexts.
Born in Ufa, Russia, and educated between Ufa State Technological University and Politecnico di Milano, Kamilla developed her professional foundation in Italy, where she engaged deeply with the country’s architectural heritage, material culture, and design industry. Her early work spanned public and private projects, competitions, and research-driven design initiatives, establishing a strong technical and conceptual base.
Today, KLL Studio operates with a focus on delivering fully integrated projects, combining architectural design, project management, and real estate expertise. Its work is defined by a rigorous approach to process – from concept development and feasibility to procurement, construction, and final delivery – ensuring coherence between design intent and execution.
A key aspect of the studio’s practice is its close collaboration with Italian artisans and manufacturers, particularly within Lombardy. This network enables the development of highly tailored solutions, where craftsmanship, material quality, and technical precision play a central role.
Alongside its design activity, KLL Studio engages in complex project coordination and advisory, drawing on experience in multidisciplinary team leadership, regulatory frameworks, and strategic project development. This positions the practice at the intersection of architecture, design, and real estate. Through this integrated approach, KLL Studio delivers projects that balance clarity, detail, and long-term value, with an emphasis on refined spatial quality and contextual sensitivity.
