The main goal of the project proposal was to find the new use for the area of old Caserma Scotti in Chieri which was a military base in the past. The area is located at the end of the main pedestrian street of Chieri, and it is transformed into a meeting point for the citizens and visitors as an end of the main axis of the town. Existing buildings are redesigned to host a co-working space, laboratories, exhibition space, theatre, library and hostels.
