A 33-room hotel in Dübendorf, near Zurich, was developed across two historical buildings with a focus on simplicity and efficiency. The design responds to the brief for an economical hospitality model, using neutral colours and essential furnishings to create calm, functional spaces. Each room is conceived as a clear and comfortable environment, balancing cost-conscious solutions with a coherent and understated aesthetic.
